1. Tryout Registration Fees

All tryout fees are non-refundable.

Because tryout spots are limited and staffing, field rentals, and logistics are planned based on registrations, we cannot issue refunds for any reason, including:

• Schedule conflicts
• Injury or illness
• Change of plans
• Late arrival or no‑show

2. Merchandise Refunds

We offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise only if:

• The item is unworn and in original condition
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• The item arrived damaged or incorrect

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Digital Products

Any digital downloads or digital confirmations are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Processing Times

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
